Q - The Q, a residential development project in downtown Sarasota, consisting of 39 residences with a host of quality appointments. Q was designed for the sophisticated urban dweller with exceptional taste. The project is currently under construction scheduled to be completed in 2014. |

Goodwill Manasota - Goodwill Manasota, developed by JEBCO, is a 34,000-square-foot store and job center on North Tamiami Trail. It is one of the largest Goodwill stores/job centers in the region. The retail store offers used clothing and shoes for men, women and children, household items and furniture. The store has a driveway for drop off donations and a separate "Good Neighbor" area where residents can access free community classes and job placement services for free. There is also an electronic car charging station available. |

Palazzi al Mare - The "Palace by the Sea" has the best full gulf view, new, green (environmentally friendly), gated, luxury condominium residence on the west coast of Florida. The Phoenix on Peachtree - The Phoenix on Peachtree, a 27 story residential condominium project the Buckhead neighborhood in Atlanta. This project was a joint development by JEBCO Ventures, Inc and Eagle Real Estate Advisors with an investment value of approximately $55 dollars. |

Kauffman Tire Stores - JEBCO Ventures has worked with Kauffman Tire stores across the Atlanta metro area to acquire land and build out retail locations. These acquisitions and build outs were performed primarily as lease purchase transactions with JEBCO providing capital and development services. |

Eastside Village - Eastside Village is a 25 acre mixed use commercial project located in Conyers Georgia. JEBCO acquired the land, designed and developed all infrastructure improvements and then sold parcels to national retailers including: Wendy's, McDonald's, Family Dollar, O'Reilly Autoparts, Taco Bell, Kids R Kids day care and a Quik Trip Convenience & Gas facility. JEBCO built an additional 60,000 square feet of office and retail space. |
